Privacy & compliance, handled with care.

Flight support runs on trust — between operators, crews, authorities and our OCC. This page explains the standards we hold ourselves to, and how we collect, use and protect the information you share with us.

Ethics & compliance

01

Our commitment

The Network Plan coordinates flight operations across many jurisdictions every day. Our policy is to comply with all laws and regulations that apply to us in the countries where we operate, including economic sanctions, export controls and anti-money laundering legislation.

These obligations are built into how our OCC accepts and handles every request — from the first permit application to the final invoice.

02

Economic sanctions

We observe the economic sanctions and embargoes established by the United Nations, the European Union, the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and other jurisdictions in which we do business.

As a matter of company policy, we do not operate in, arrange services involving, or accept requests connected to sanctioned or embargoed countries, or to individuals and entities named on applicable sanctions lists. Requests are screened before any service is arranged, and we may decline or stop any request that would breach these rules.

03

Anti-money laundering & KYC

We work only with reputable operators and clients whose funds come from legitimate sources. Before opening an account and throughout the relationship, we carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence, which may include verifying company registration, ownership, aircraft details and payment sources.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation, and to refuse or suspend services where due diligence cannot be completed or where activity appears suspicious.

Privacy policy

04

Who we are

The Network Plan is an international flight support provider operating a 24/7 Operations Control Centre (OCC), with teams serving clients from the United States, the United Arab Emirates and Tunisia. When you use this website or our services, we are responsible for the personal data you share with us.

We treat that information with care. Everyone with access to it — our staff and the partners who help deliver your trip — is required to handle it lawfully, confidentially and only for the purpose it was provided.

05

Information we collect

When you send a flight support request through this website, we receive:

  • Your name, company and email address
  • Route details — departure and destination airports and the date of operation
  • Anything you choose to include in your message

When we arrange services for a trip, we may also need operational and personal information such as aircraft registration and type, crew and passenger names, passport or identity details, nationality, visa information and contact details. Fields we cannot do without are marked as required; if they are missing, we may not be able to provide all or part of a service.

Our servers briefly process your IP address to protect the request form from abuse. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs for security and reliability.

06

How we use your information

We use personal information only for clear, legitimate purposes:

  • Responding to your requests and coordinating flight support
  • Applying for overflight and landing permits, and arranging handling, fuel, hotels, transport and visas
  • Sanctions screening and Know Your Customer due diligence
  • Opening and managing client accounts, invoicing and auditing
  • Keeping the records required by aviation, tax and financial regulations
  • Keeping our website and systems secure

We never sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. If we plan to use your information for a new purpose, we will tell you first.

07

Job applicants

When you apply for a role through our careers page, we receive your name, email address, CV and anything else you choose to share — such as your phone number, location, a LinkedIn or portfolio link and your message.

We use this information only to assess your application, contact you about it and, with your agreement, consider you for future roles. It is seen only by our HR team and the managers involved in recruitment, and is never shared outside The Network Plan without your consent.

We keep applications for up to 12 months after the recruitment ends, unless you ask us to delete yours sooner. If you join us, your application becomes part of your employee record.

08

GDPR & legal basis

Many of our clients and their crews are based in the European Union or the United Kingdom. Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on one or more of these legal bases:

  • Contract — to provide the services you request
  • Legal obligation — for sanctions screening, KYC, tax and aviation record-keeping
  • Legitimate interests — to run, secure and improve our operations, balanced against your rights
  • Consent — where we ask for it, which you may withdraw at any time

We apply the same standards to all clients, wherever they are based.

09

Who we share it with

Flight support means working with others. We share only what each party needs to deliver your trip:

  • Civil aviation authorities and government agencies, for permits, slots and border formalities
  • Ground handlers, FBOs, fuel suppliers, hotels and transport providers at your destinations
  • Trusted service providers that host our website and email, under confidentiality obligations
  • Authorities, courts or regulators, where the law requires it

Because aviation is international, this may involve transferring data to countries outside your own. When we do, we take reasonable steps to make sure it remains protected.

10

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected — including to meet legal, accounting and regulatory record-keeping requirements. After that, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

11

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or destruction, and limit access to the people who need it to do their job.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. If you are given login details for the Network OCC Platform, please keep them confidential — you are responsible for activity carried out under your account, and should tell us straight away if you believe it has been compromised.

12

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
  • Have your data deleted when we no longer need it
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent, and complain to your local data protection authority

To help us keep records accurate, please let us know if your details change. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below; we may need to verify your identity first.

13

Cookies

Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not run third-party analytics.

If we introduce cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

14

Changes to this policy

We may update this page as our services or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised — please check back from time to time.
